No. This is a cash pay, out of network practice. I do not accept insurance. Superbills are available upon request if you would like to seek possible out of network reimbursement.

I serve patients in Oregon, Texas, and Illinois. Telehealth is the primary format. In person appointments may be available on a limited basis in the Houston area, the Chicago area, and the Portland metro area including Clackamas County.

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (MD or DO) with specialized training in mental health diagnosis and treatment. Psychiatrists can prescribe medication and also incorporate psychotherapy informed strategies. Child and adolescent psychiatrists complete additional fellowship training focused on children, teens, and families.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma related symptoms, insomnia, burnout, and mood shifts related to perimenopause and menopause. Care is individualized and based on your goals and clinical needs.

Yes, when appropriate. Medication decisions are collaborative and careful. Treatment may also include lifestyle guidance, labs when appropriate, targeted supplement recommendations, and coordination with other caregivers when helpful and with your consent.

Care is established after the initial evaluation and once it is mutually determined that ongoing care is a good fit. Only then will I be considered your psychiatrist for ongoing treatment.
