PSYCHIATRY & COACHING

A Small-Panel Practice by Design

This is a deliberately small practice created for individuals who value depth, continuity, and relationship-based care.

Appointments are structured around 50-minute sessions, allowing space to slow down, think clearly, and address complexity — not just symptoms.

Care is collaborative, steady, and built to work within the realities of your life.

“I sought out Dr. Jay during a season of hormonal and emotional shifts that felt confusing and destabilizing. She took the time to look at everything, sleep, stress, hormones, work, relationships. and helped me connect the dots.

I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt understood. The care was collaborative, respectful, and empowering. I now feel more balanced and more like myself.”
